   <h2>One diagnostic, no stress</h2>
   <p>Week one starts with a single diagnostic run. Set aside 60 to 90 minutes when you can work without interruptions. Turn off notifications, open the first practice set, and answer through the questions. Do not look at the solutions when you finish. The point is to see where you stand relative to the blueprint – which areas feel familiar, which feel new. Jot a quick note on the topics you’re less confident about. That note becomes your reference point for the rest of the week.</p>

   <h2>Two short timed blocks</h2>
   <p>After the diagnostic, split your study time into two timed blocks. Each block should be 30 to 45 minutes. Choose one focus area from the CCA-F blueprint – for example, system prompt design or model behaviour patterns – and work through a short set of questions under a strict timer. When the timer stops, stop. Take a proper break – step away from the screen, have a coffee, stretch. Then run the second block on a different topic. Keeping the sessions short and separated prevents the “binge” feeling and fits practice around a working week.</p>

   <h2>Your 90-day runway</h2>
   <p>With 90 days available, you have room to spread practice without pressure. A sustainable rhythm is one diagnostic at the start, two timed blocks each week, and a brief review of your notes on the weekend. That pattern gives you roughly 20 to 30 active sessions before the access period ends. You can add a block if you have time, or skip a week if work gets busy – the materials will remain available. The goal is consistency, not intensity. Regular, short engagement helps the concepts stick better than cramming a single session.</p>
